Was that the REAL sharon Tate in the beginning?

The opening there was a blond woman who woke up after hearing the shots. Was that a scene of from one of her movies that was thrown in there, or was it a Sharon Tate look-a-like? And is that supposed to be Sharon or some woman from the neighbourhood?

No it wasn't supposed to be Sharon and it isn't Sharon. It was just showing that there were many people in that area who heard the gunshots and reported them to the police.

It looks a lot like her. I wish they could have used a dark-haired girl to avoid confusion.

It was neither her nor does it look like her. Nor was it even supposed to be her. So "no" on all counts.
