What did he do to piss off Charles Manson in prison at one time or other?

it's an old story. They briefly did some time together up in san quentin. charlie stole his cigarettes and mel went on one of his wild tantrums. no big deal.

I think Manson pretended to be asleep in their cell one night while Mel was on the phone, and then the next day Mad Max was bellowing something about "I deserve to be blown BEFORE the jacuzzi!!" Same old cr@p.
