Remake or Additional Scenes Added-Spoilers Regarding Novelization.

This film should be remade closer to the novelization that was published. The novel showed that the mother grizzly, out of fright, soon abandoned her young cub because it had already grown almost as large as her. Later the grown bear loses a tooth, so the reader knows it has a hard time finding food to eat. A remake should include all this information or it could be added to the current film, possibly as a prologue by scenes or some narration. The remake should use better special effects as the current movie could and should have done or add such special effects to the current movie. And instead of saying the bear was an extinct species that somehow survived, they should have used the novelizations explanation that it was a throwback-had characteristics of a now extinct species(Greater Short-Faced Bear's height).
