Try clicking on "Merchandising Links" to the left of the main details page. Last (first) time I saw this, I think it was on Showtime. Too bad they don't repeat it. That and Penn & Teller's, "Invisible Thread." Good luck.

Although there is no official version of the GIZMO! movie available on DVD, a store known as "Trash Palace" sells the full 77-minute version of GIZMO! on a recorded DVD for US$20.00 PLUS POSTAGE. I purchased that DVD last Spring and am very pleased.

You have to remember, though, that the quality is identical to what you would expect on a VHS tape.
