Eaten Alive, Crocodile, and Tobe Hooper

I was just wondering if anyone else had made the connection between the giant croc in this flick and the croc in Tobe Hooper's earlier flick Eaten Alive? I mean, according to Crocodile the croc was brought to a local hotel for some reason and in Eaten Alive, there's a crazy hotel owner who dismembers his guests and feeds em to his crocodile. Is Crocodile a sequel of sorts to Eaten Alive? Anyone, anyone, Bueller?

reply

Crocodile isn't a sequel to Eaten Alive, but do have connections. Maybe Tobe needed some ideas so he took some from Eaten Alive.

reply

Yeah, I wondered that, too.

Anyone notice that all of Tobe Hooper's movies seem to be about how things move when they're broken?

reply

nah it aint a remake, they just both involve crocs.

they are 2 very different kind of movies.

reply

Well, both crocs are totally fake-looking, so there's one connection. Maybe it's the same croc!
