Miss Hattie was actually a stand in on the 1983 set of Micheal Jackson's Thriller. I believe it was the part where Micheal was dancing as a zombie.
Also worth mentioning in this picture is the rising star that was Neville Brand. His role as the innkeeper and his series of grunts and groans throughout gave the film an extra haunting feel.
