Im Buck, and I'm ready to...

After seeing this movie, I now know where Tarantino got a small bit of inspiration for Kill Bill.

"I'm Buck and I'm ready to *beep* he proclaims, as he attempts to stick it in some hooker's butt. I love Hooper and Englund, and it's obvious Tarantino did too.

has to be where Tarantino got the line from.

yeah thats a really cool referance

For my money, it doesn't get any better than when he sings "When a Man Loves a Woman".

Everything Tarantino does is stolen.

Yeah. Did you see one of Uma Thurman's first movie, KISS DADDY GOODNIGHT? She wore a wig just like the one she wore in PULP FICTION.

Choir here. Preach on.

indeed Tarantino stole that line....it's is because Tarantino is a no tallent hack who does nothing but steal other peoples material and take all the credit

reply

Yeah. I also just watched Last House on the Left for the first time. Remember that scene in Pulp Fiction where Butch is escaping the pawn shop and decides to free Marcellus, and he tries out various weapons behind the counter. I swear this idea was taken straight from Last House where the father is in the basement doing the same thing.

it most likely was....the dirtector is a hack

Since we got on the subject of Q.T., I recently saw The Taking of Pelham One Two Three. He ripped off the use of color named villans, used in Reservoir Dogs, from that one.

The line is "Rarin' To Fu**" NOT "Ready To Fu**"...didn't ya'll even listen to what Buck was saying?

reply

pulp fictio is one of the best movies but i was disapointed in death proof.

Well, my name is dennis and I'm ready and rarin' to f_ck. But I don't see how anyone could not notice that line. Why is that if someone steals scenes from a preceding movie and everyone thinks it's the bees knees then they call it an homage, yet at the same time, if they do not like the director's shirt and face they call him a hack and say he is a hack and then go hack?

Duly noted.
