After seeing this movie, I now know where Tarantino got a small bit of inspiration for Kill Bill.

Remember that scene in Pulp Fiction where Butch is escaping the pawn shop and decides to free Marcellus, and he tries out various weapons behind the counter. I swear this idea was taken straight from Last House where the father is in the basement doing the same thing.

Why is that if someone steals scenes from a preceding movie and everyone thinks it's the bees knees then they call it an homage, yet at the same time, if they do not like the director's shirt and face they call him a hack and say he is a hack and then go hack?
