The guy that had the dog *beep* put on his car(the foreman) was a suckup.No wonder the other guys did,nt like him.

Leonard Jackson as Earl. He was played just right. A wonderful movie.

Remember when he is talking with the shoe shine man and informs him that he is the only member of the car wash crew who doesn't get wet? I believe he had to remain on good terms with the boss/owner to keeps his dry position.
