Theres a scene were a character who I think is Clive (I might be wrong) walks into a fast food joint and tries to pick up the girl working over the counter. Now what I want to know is what is the name of the song that comes on when he first steps through the door and notices the girl.

The main location of this film was an actual Los Angeles car wash a few blocks from McArthur Park. It was torn down in the late 1980s. While it was open, the marquee of the car wash announced it was featured in this film.

Found it! It's on 6th and Rampart in West Los Angeles. Check it out on Google Earth and look at the street view. The car wash is gone - it's now a little strip mall but you can tell it's the same place. The "Asbury" hotel is still there and so is the sign! So is the "Big 6 Market". :)
