November 7, 1975, the ABC network aired the 90 minute pilot movie "The New, Original Wonder Woman." The great ratings led ABC to air 2 more specials during the 1975-76 season and then ordering it to series. Congrats Lynda and Lyle for 40 years of great camp action and adventure.

Sometimes camp, but the show is truly good clean fun with some good messages that today's audiences would need more than ever.
Something special did kinda happen.
Some one decided to spread all 3 seasons in a darn good 1080p quality on the web. Don't know the actual source of those WEB-DL's, but they do come with a bitrate of about 10 Mbps.
So that is a huge bonus to the DVD's i purchased years ago.
Just sucks though that its mostly streaming services who gets these HD versions and people don't get a Blu-ray release of them also.
