Anyone know the name of the other blonde female pig with the curly hair thats not Miss Piggy?

Yes, it was Annie Sue.
She was brought in solely to be a Rival to Miss Piggy. Annie Sue hero-worshipped Miss Piggy, but Piggy was sure that Annie Sue was there to bump her out of a job on the Muppet Show. Annie Sue was young, perky and wide-eyed. Piggy was....not.
She didn't seem to take off, though. Miss Piggy still won the popularity contests with the Fans in the end.
