A 'Dr. Teeth + the Electric Mayhem' biopic for a future Muppet movie?

I had a crazy dream last night: wouldn't it be great if a future Muppet movie focused on Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem?

It would be great to explore the origins of Floyd Pepper, Dr. Teeth, Janis (you know, especially with that whole "Look mother, it's my life, ok? So if I want to live on the beach and walk around naked..." quote, Zoot... and especially Animal!

It could be a great satire on 70s rock bands (in the vein of, for example, Still Crazy) and it could make a great Rock Band biopic (in the vein of "Almost Famous", "The Doors", and "Rock Star"). And you KNOW it would have a great soundtrack!

Before you completely dismiss the idea of focusing on a specific Muppet or Muppets, remember that they made "Muppets from Space". I'm sure that Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem would have a much more interesting focus of a movie.

Besides, if nothing else, the Jim Henson company can (and this film would) make a much better Muppet movie than "Letters to Santa", "It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie", and "Muppet Wizard of Oz".

are you sure that was a dream? I only ask because something of that nature has been done as a skit on Robot Chicken.

Personally, I would love that...not sure if it could sustain a whole movie...but I'd buy it for sure!

The band was always my favorite...and probably why I wanted to become a musician (first drums, then piano).

That would be great. I would love to see an origin for the band, how they all met and decided to play music together, etc. I would definitely be down for that!
