Which episode(s) are these jokes from?

WALDORF: That must have been the medium act.
STATLER: Medium act, what's that?
WALDORF: It wasn't rare, and it wasn't well done.

And...

STATLER: Are you ready for the end of the world?
WALDORF: Sure. It couldn't be any worse than this show.

(BTW, the latter joke is one I've been putting on my Facebook for whenever one of the dates that the world's supposed to end has come and gone; the last one being December 21, 2012.)
