I just watched some of the Sgt. Plout episodes. Basically, Vicki Lawrence is just doing a young version of Thelma Harper.
In voice yes.
The difference between the two is Thelma's a far more
"down to earth" persojn and Alvinia...well,kind of has a screw loose.
