Why was Lenny, Carmine, Frank Defazio, Edna, and Rhonda not given any credit in the opening credits?

The last season's opening credits were bizarre with all those crazy costumes. Also, when they show Penny Marshall in the opening credits, she looks a little aggravated in the last few seconds of her still. Like she's saying "Okay take the camera off of me please!"

Wouldn't they just say "cut" or something, as the camera would still be there? They wouldn't move the camera because then we would see a moving camera during the shot!

I don't remember one episode from anything in that opening sequence. It must be a testament to how truly awful the episodes were that they aren't even shown on cable anywhere, ever.

All I know is those kids in the beginning are totally 80's. They look nothing like 60's kids.
