Ok, I know that the house is located in Pasadena, but is that also where they are supposed to be in the series? I couldn't remember. I grew up with this series thinking it was so cool to live in Calif., until I had to move there myself. LOL.

Slotted spoons don't hold much soup . . .

Yes, that is where they resided in the series.

The house is actually in South Pasadena (1230 Milan Ave.). I believe the Lawrences actually lived in Pasadena according to the story.

I checked out the Google Street View - thanks. The driveway seemed so much longer on the show!

Yes, it sure did. I know nothing about camera lenses, but I have noticed that distances on television seem quite different than the same distances in person. I've typically noticed the opposite effect though, that is, distances tend to look shorter, but I suppose that is a function of the lenses.
