Buddy's given name is, according to IMDB, Letitia. I have never heard anybody call her that.
So, there is "Buddy", "Peaches" and "TizzyLish" (awful sounding) That's four different names she has to answer to.
Letitia is awful too, why would the creators of Family give someone that looks like Kristy such an awful name? Buddy sure isn't much better either especially for a girl, what were they thinking? Kate does look like the kind of woman that would give her child such an awful name, it's the kind of name for a black or hispanic girl.
