Ok, I'm watching GSN today and there's a black family- all women, against a white family- also all women. Richard kissed all the white women but not one of the black women. Was this a regular occurrence with black women or, would some women before the show, simply ask him not to kiss them?

I saw Richard Dawson kiss a number of black women on the show. I've also seen a few shows were he only kissed some women on the cheek no matter what race they were.
I wouldn't read too much into 1 episode. Remember there were 3,529 episodes of Family Feud with R. Dawson as the host that were produced.

Richard did kiss black women. Some viewers didn't like it and wrote nasty letters to the show calling him a *Blank* lover (I'm sure you can figure out which word goes in the blank). I know it's very wrong but that's what they did.
Some female contestents wanted to be kissed and some didn't.

I have seen a lot of the FF shows with RD and he has kissed every women regardless of race, if they were youger he kissed them on the cheek, unless the women did not want to be kissed. But he is kissed a LOT of black women. I have no idea what show you saw.
sharejust saw an ep on GSN where he laid a big kiss on an older black woman-- then, the funniest thing (i can't believe it isn't on youtube)-- she introduced her daughter, and Richard asked the daughter what she did. The daughter then stated that she was studying to be a pediatrician, then she said to Richard, "I'll take care of all of your mistakes." The audience kinda gasped a little, Dawson gave a kind of nervous laugh and moved on... It was high-larious and i had to rewind it a few times to make sure it really happened.

Yes, Richard DID kiss all women who wanted it.
Some families kiss on the lips.
Others kiss on the cheek.
And others do not kiss at all.
Family Feud reflected those various preferences.
