I browsed Amazon.fr and entered LES TETES BRULEES (French name for the Black Sheep Squadron).

And there's a new listing. Even though it doesn't say anything about Vol. 3 I believe that it is the last Volume to be released of the BSS. Release date is December 5th 2006.

As I've already posted above, it is in fact Vol. 3 that's being released in France.

The DVD Set contains the remaining 11 episodes.
