Just what does the German officer say as the Marines are double timing by the German legation?

I remember the French uttering some words, but I don't recall the Prussians saying anything.

I can't make out clearly what he's saying, probably something to the effect of "What the hell is this?" (referring to the Marines of course)

There may be honor among thieves, but there's NONE in politicians!

Watched this last night, he says 'Was fur ein Unsinn ist das?' which roughly translates as 'What kind of nonsense is this?'

Exactly what I asked myself when I watched the peice of crap. Except for the Roosevelt scenes, the dialogue was so bad, and so poorly delivered that this was like watching a dubbed kung fu movie - without the kung fu.
