How many can be identified? I believe the little white haired guy with the dog is Maurice Cass, character actor who played doctors and professors for decades in over 100 movies and was a main character in the Space Rangers tv show of the 50's.
His bio states he made an experimental sound film in 1923. Could the brief clip in the main titles be and excerpt?
How about the others? None got credit in the IMDB page for the movie.
