Uh when in the movie does the X-Ray punch show up?

I don`t remember where in the film, but it just shows a brief x-ray like picture. Where you see a head getting hit.

When Terry fights the two guys after the car chase. Thereabouts. He hits him on the head and the guy vomits (or at least severely chunks) blood out of his mouth. I don't remember how he gets the other guy... It's around the 40-50 minute/s mark I think.
