Well, your list pretty much sums it up!

I guess Argento is quite twisted as well.
JP Jeunet can create very weird worlds like in Delicatessen or City of Lost Children, but it would be hard to call Amelie a twisted movie!
Who else...
Have you ever seen a movie by Jean Rollin? Pretty twisted director (and pretty bad, too...), same for Jess Franco.
