Howard Hessman
This has bothered me for a while... Howard Hessman.. you know, the guy from WKRP, was listed in the credits for shampoo but I could never figure out where he was in the movie. Anyone know?

shareI was wondering the same thing until I watched it again last night. He is seen briefly in the final party scene in a wide group shot. They must have cut his lines. Poor Dr. Johnny Fever!
shareI'm SO glad I was not the only one looking for him. I never saw him, but I take your word for it that he was at the party.
shareI believe Howard Hessman is the guy who makes advertisements. The guy who says "sometimes i'm married, sometimes i'm not," or something like that to Goldy Hawn, and who ends up taking her to the two parties. I know, i know, the hair is the wrong color, but think of that mustache. And the hair in his eyes... Could be, right?
sharenope.
He's got no lines. Look for him at the party "Sgt. Pepper" is playing and Warren Beatty walks up to Lee Grant in the kitchen and Howard Hesseman is sitting there. He's got a full beard.
No, Goldie Hawn's advertising buddy would be Tony Bill, who was mainly a prodcer, as opposed to an actor, in real life. Hesseman plays Red Dog. You guys are right, he is in the party scene when Sgt. Pepper is playing, and Warren walks up to Julie Christie when she's eating a handful of pretzels and talking to a bearded guy. He's that bearded guy.
