I read on here that the house party was in Benedict Canyon, whose house did they film this at and who designed that natural looking hot tub/swimming pool.. so amazing!!! Also some people say that this house is Jay Sebring's former house on Easton Drive but when I looked it up on google street view it looks nothing like in the movie so I don't think its the same place.

The house that was used in the movie is listed on Google earth. According to that it's on Bowmont Drive just off Coldwater Canyon Drive, directly south of Mulholland Drive.

Looks like a pretty big house but the garden looks relatively small, so maybe some of the outdoor party scenes where shot elsewhere. Saying that - it was filmed 35 years ago so alot might have changed to the property.
