What do you think was Frank's 'mission'?

I think it had something to do with Dr Scott, but it's never really explained in the film.

I'm sure Dr Scott had anything to do with Frank's mission, I think Dr Scott was "just" a scientist who noticed alien activity, and started to stick his nose in.

I think Frank was escaping the laws and social norms on TransSexual, which didn't permit his individualistic pusruit of pleasure. Riff was sent to return him for punishment, or destroy him.
