I have a vague memory of seeing this movie in the mid 70s on the CBS Late Movie.
But since it was released in 75, it seems unlikely that it was on tv at such an early date.
Can anyone else confirm my memory, or am I totally misremembering?

If I remember correctly, it was ABC which ran this late night just once in the late-1970's. I don't think it's been on TV since. Not pay-cable, basic cable or broadcast.
MGM had originally planned to release this in the summer of 1974, but sat on it until April, 1975.
BRING OUT SEASON THREE OF "ONCE AND AGAIN" ON DVD!
