This film was visual poetry. Haunting, erotic and unforgettable. It's worthy of at least 8.0 imo.

It's worthy of at least 9.0 in mine. If it's of any consolation to you, Roger Ebert included it on his Great Movie list.

7.6 is at least twice as much as what it actually merits.

a bit too artsy - good suspense but plot development lacked. Probably exciting if viewed while doing some 70's drugs

But these days - not worth viewing unless you are either really bored or just to say you saw it

I give it a 6. I find it to be just plain dull. I like the idea of people disappearing without a trace, but the rest seems to drag on and on. There just isn't enough to the story to sustain a 2 hour film. Perhaps it would've worked better as a short film. But overall I find this to be a disappointment.
