I just saw this now (first time ever). :)

Great movie with an excellent soundtrack!

Very atmospheric movie.....set during the days when my mom was pregnant with me. :)

I am glad you liked it. Robert Altman is the best director of films like this one; no central plot and multiple story lines that can intersect with each other from time to time. I suggest you see M*A*S*H and Short Cuts (an L.A. version of Nashville).

I would also suggest "A Wedding" from 1978. If you loved "Nashville" I think you will like this one as well.
