Weird ending....(spoilers, kinda)

So, the last lines of the movie are Burt Young asking Caan "What about Josephine?" "Leave her for Mr Davis." (ok, i get that part).

Then, Burt Young says "What? Huh." (ok, unnecessary, but i can accept that)

Then, James Caan swats Burt Young in the hat (lightly) with a piece of paper, and Young says, "What's the matter?" - but he says it very softly, and it kinda makes no sense.

THEN: SMASH CUT to an aerial shot of the boat, leading to a freeze frame.


Those are the last lines of *this* movie? I woulda sooner thought it would be Caan's lines about "I don't know where it is, but it ain't where we was."

Just really sloppy editing. You'd think they'd drop the audio out of Young's line (if it was even scripted), just so the movie's ending doesn't dangle.
