Funniest line in the movie.

I just adored the extras in this movie. They were so off-the-wall. Spielberg utilized them brilliantly.

Ben Gardner's monologue is also first-rate hilarity.

Or: "Eight-thousand dollars divided by four ways is what?"

The movie's idiosyncratic tone is hard to top.

Yeah. Spielberg had a great touch with bit parts in his early movies.

They were terrific, all of the extras and bit players seemed to be genuine yokels.

Really, were some of them local townsfolk?
