The movie didn't tell half the story. Get the book instead.
Even in the book, there is not a lot written about Jews in the prisons and camp. I don't know if that means they weren't there or just that it was not a big deal, that everyone was treated the same.
As far as systematic extermination, the book does show that. In the concentratino camp she was in, when the camp got too full, they took the sickest and oldest hospital patients to the gas chambers. Corrie herself was released due to a clerical error - all women her age were gassed the week after she was released. I don't see a whole lot of distinction between that and how the Jews were exterminated. In each case it was a fell swoop of an entire group - the sick and old, groups of women classed solely by age (as opposed to what religion, what crime, or even their behavior in prison). There is even one description when a prison is evacuated and before they go, over 700 men are shot (no discrimination) simply because fewer men prisoners meant easier transport and easier guard duty. They simply had too many prisoners to guard, so they killed 700 men.
Sounds pretty systematic to me.
