I found the information and portrayal in this miniseries to be invaluable. I never knew what a psychotic madman Willi was, or how controlled he was by Bismark. Fascinating, and much appreciated.

He was a sad figure from birth, starting life with a damaged arm due to a complicated birth.

He would have been able to talk his nephews out of fighting. He'd have got them together.
