Cooley High will air on Turner Classic Movies on March 31 at 10:15pm eastern. I haven't seen it in several years, so it will be nice to catch up with this one.
TCM also has this listed as airing in letterbox.

And you're right. The listing does have this as being broadcast in Letterbox format. If that’s true, then I am definitely going to tape this one. It would be GREAT to see it broadcast like that.
Strangely enough though, the listing also has "Cooley" rated as "TV-MA". I've seen this movie countless times over the decades (seriously). Don't remember any real raw or graphic scenes. Well the scene where Preach and Brenda.... Hmmmm.
