They brought up the fisa memo,and took the time to make fun of trump and others. The said part is how they don't bring up the contents of the memo,that show that there WAS some improprieties during Obama's administration. I'd say that it is socially irresponsible for a show of this manner to downplay something so serious,just to fall in line of party lines.

The dossier was key to the FBI’s FISA warrant in its surveillance of members of Trump’s team, according to the memo.
The FBI and DOJ obtained an initial FISA warrant targeting Carter Page, a former foreign policy adviser to Trump.
The surveillance warrants and renewals did not mention that the dossier was paid for, at least in part, by the Democratic National Committee and the campaign for Hillary Clinton. The memo says the DOJ was aware at the time of the initial FISA application that “political actors were involved with the Steele dossier.”
While Ohr met with Steele, Ohr's wife was employed by Fusion GPS, the firm contracted to produce the dossier, and was assisting in opposition research on Trump, according to the memo. This information was also not included in the warrant.
Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe told the House Intelligence Committee in December 2017 that a surveillance warrant would not have been sought without the dossier and what it purportedly revealed
Steele only made that statement AFTER he started collecting the information from his sources about Trump. From what he found out, it makes perfect sense that he would say what he did about stopping Trump from getting elected. Anyone who believes in democracy would say that.

No, it wasn't. The FBI had begun it's own investigation into Trump's Russian ties BEFORE they even knew about the memo. It only confirmed for them they were on the right track and provided some new avenues to explore. It's probable they would have issued a FISA anyway, but the memo gave them more evidence for it's approval.

And yes, the dossier was partially funded by the DNC, but that was AFTER it had been funded and initially commissioned by a Republican fundraising group.

But there is such a thing as verifiable truth that anyone--anyone sane, that is--can recognize as being objective truth. Unfortunately, what the American public is getting from this Administration is a total disconnect from reality. Truth seems to be just "truth" to them, something that should be twisted or denied so it serves to only advance their plans.
As a current example, just take a look at Kelly's denial and made-up excuses for his failure to take action about an employee--Porter--having access to top secret materials without a security clearance. And that is just the tip of the iceberg.

The saddest part about this,is how the FBI will undoubtedly never be held accountable for what is borderline treasonous activity. At best,it's a fundamentally flawed approach at obtaining information, but to move forward in the manner they did should be criminal.
