Loved it as a kid
No, really.
I am the Alpha and the Omoxus. The Omoxus and the Omega
So did I!
I haven't seen it since then, but I remember some very adult things about the show!
One, was an episode involving Isis stopping time to prevent a person from firing a gun witch contained ammunition from World War II or older!
Another was Isis stopping a car theft ring after they stole her Pontiac Firebird (big Rockford Files Fan here) and re-painted it, and she commented that she never liked the original color anyway, or something to that effect.
And subsequent episodes showed the Firebird in its new color...!
Now that I'm writing this...
I really want to find this series and buy it!
I just hope that this is not another one of those situations that a good friend of mine describe as...
"Some things are better left to memory! Because you can't go back, and once you do, you wished you stayed where you where!"
I don't remember watching this show in the '70s, but I wish I had. I hope you find that you still like it. (There are some episodes on YouTube at the moment.) the acting, plotting, and graphics are all of low quality. If you remember it as being polished, you may not like it.
But despite all it's low budget trappings, I love the show! I find it very calming. At the end of the day, the bad guy will learn his lesson. You shouldn't show off, or steal things, or drive dangerously. A simple message that tries to remind us to be better people. I like that idea, even if the issues are over-simplified.
