I can't believe I found out the title of this movie on IMDB! I saw the first 15 or 20 minutes of this film when it was on TV back in the 1970s. I must have been real young as my parents made me go to bed.
I like Sci-Fi movies like the Omega Man and the Quiet Earth and recall that this movie was like those. So my question is: Is this a movie worth tracking down? Or is it a real dog?

The same thing happened to me when I watched this movie as a child! I found it a few years ago in VHS format and it is worth watching.

Yeah it's worth tracking down! It's brilliant, even! Unlike most fans of the film, I haven't seen in on TV back in the early 70's, but it's still realistic enough to scare the hell out of you today. As far as paranoia/end-of-the-world Sci-Fi movies go, I think this one is even better than The Omega Man, The Day the Earth Caught Fire, Day of the Triffids etc...

Actually I just caught up with watching this film today and yes it was quite intriguing. Sorry Cov, I can't say it was better than those films you mentioned. I'll wane a little and say it's in the same league though!!! .
