The new Hayden Christensen movie

I happened to watch yesterday the trailer for the soon-to be released film starring Hayden Christensen & it has him waking up one day & the only thing left of most of humanity is just clothes & everything looks eerie & deserted. The reason is kept a mystery from the viewer. It immediately reminded me of "Where Have All The People Gone".

Vanishing on 7th Street. Very likely influenced by this classic. Actually shot in Detroit, which likely made for a fairly easy production design and set construction, since much of Detroit basically is a sad, deserted wasteland these days.
