Is this the movie...(Spoiler)
I was really young when this movie would play on Chiller or Thriller in New York City, so my memeory is a little bad since I can't remember the title.
Is this the movie where the dude transforms and there's an older female teacher that humiliated him and I think he decapitates her with a paper cutter? They pan and scanned and edited it out so I'm not sure if he cut off her head or her hand or both.
