Anyone know who played Vernon's father and the father's girlfriend?

Pretty sure that was Paul Kent (I). Years ago I saw a film called GETTING EVEN (1986) and spotted him in it. Although he must have been far enough down in the credits to not make the IMDb entry for that film.

The scratchy as hell Mill Creek DVD print I saw didn't have Vernon's father or his girlfriend. Lame.

I only own the Code Red DVD, but I heard that the Mill Creek version (like the Code Red release) restores the R-rated violence that had previously been cut from every edition Crown (the film's distributor) put out, including the theatrical release. The stuff with Vernon's dad is just seven minutes of filler that Crown shot to pad out the TV version. If you desperately crave it for some reason, it's in the Rhino Horrible Horrors release.

I believe the Dad's girlfriend was Jennifer Rhodes who also played Winona Ryder's Mom in "Heathers."

They weren't in the version I watched. There must be more than one version of the film out there.
