They're the same film, the cover's are slightly different, they're both Region 1 (Obviously), and they have the same summary and information written.

If you mean which to choose, I'd choose the red, that's the one I got and I'd choose it because 1) it looks cooler and 2) it says Limited Edition on it whereas the yellow says "Vengeance Edition" which just sounds too...i dunno dumb i guess.
But yeah they are the exact same DVD's.

The difference between the two covers is the red cover contains the sexual scenes whilst the yellow one does not. You can verify this at http://www.synapse-films.com/shopping_cart/thriller_2.htm. Hope that helps!

Pete, if you want the full experience of the film, get the uncut version. The sex scenes make her ordeal that much more tragic. I myself like to see the film the way the director made it to be, after all it's an exploitation movie so it's to be expected. Either way, enjoy the movie, it's worth buying!
