'Vengeance' edited editon (no porn inserts)

how prude are you? the annoying part of the hardcore inserts is that its clearly not the main actress. the body shape is completely different. Its kind of shocking to be honest, because the inserts are just so out of left field.

The hardcore inserts are very, very dodgy. Not only are they clearly nicked from a different film and badly spliced into this one, they really only serve as titilation - which needless to say is not really called for given the context in which they are shown. And yes, they do seem horribly out of place.

After I first watched it, I actually thought I might rip it, remove the various hardcore inserts and watch it again without these gratuitous elements. I didn't in the end but these scenes did grate, not least because you'll need a bath when the film has finished to wash the sleaze off of you.

If you're going to watch a version of the film you really may as well watch the "warts and all" uncut version. The film is what it is and and I think you may as well brave the version with the porno - as long as you fully understand what you're letting yourself in for. This is defintely a film for which non film geeks will label you as a sick **** if you recommend it to them.

Whichever version you watch, this is certainly an interesting film and well worth seeking out if you're interested in old exploitation movies. It's actually not a bad little film in spite of the fact that the first half is really quite gruelling to watch because it's so ultra sleazy.

Just keep repeating .... it's only a movie.

I watched the Vengeance Edition today, not knowing when I bought it that I was in fact getting the edited version. Can't decide if I want to go ahead and order the limited edition version from deepdiscountdvd or not, but I probably will. If anyone wants the cut copy for $10... :)

They don't just edit out the sex, they edit out the eye cutting scene and probably quite a bit more, the movie really loses something in this cut I think.

As much as other people say these insert are uncalled for I personally disagree yes they are sickening and you may feel like washing your eye balls when its all over.

But at least watch them and judge for yourself.

I think that the pporn becomes more and more degrading as the film goes on which ties into her mental state she becomes more unstable the more she is used and humiliated.

If you can watch Irreversible then I believe you can watch this.
