4I always thought a sequel with Pam as the main girl would have been awesome.
After all, she was still alive (even if she was almost frozen) when Jerry opened up the freezer.
And the "only" injury was a hook in her back so I guess she could have survived.
At the end of the day, there's no proof at all that Pam died, and the same thing goes for Jerry.
I think Pam's movements were her last dying convulsions in the freezer, aside from being stuck on a hook through her back and left to hang and bleed out, afterwards, she is nearly frozen blue, and considering how much time had passed between Jerry finding her and Sally escaping through the window the next day...pretty sure Pam was frozen solid by then. Jerry....well..I am sorry but there was no way he survived that huge and heavy blow to the head and even if he did, I am pretty sure, he would be brain damaged. A sequel/follow up on sally could have been interesting, but i really don't see how Pam or jerry would be alive after what happen to them.

As for my personal thoughts, I always believed Pam died honestly. I would love a true TCM 5 someday, but bringing back Pam would not be necessary.
