The woman who was with Simon's girlfriend
Who was that woman in their apartment (or house, whatever it was) with Sigi. Did they ever say and I just missed it?
Obviously she was a plant but who was she.?

I think you meant, "Peter's girlfriend", didn't you?
She wasn't a plant, certainly not if you mean she was planted by the ODESSA. She was a policewoman detailed to protect Sigi, after Sigi was threatened. It's in the novel, too.
"The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen."
She was a police woman, but she was planted by the ODESSA-infested Hamburg police department. She may or may not have been in on the ODESSA involvement, but she was assigned by an officer who was among the 50 in the printer's secret album.
shareOK, I can concede that she was planted, in that sense. But you're correct to qualify that she may or may not have been an ODESSA operative. She wasn't.
The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.
But doesn't the ODESSA connect the phone call they see Peter Miller making at the train station to the phone call his girl friend Sigi receives, thus unmasking him as an infiltrator?
That would support the premise that the police woman with Sigi was associated with the ODESSA. Or maybe the woman simply reports the time of the call to her supervisor, as part of her job, and the supervisor makes the connection.

You got your mind right, Luke?
The woman was a police woman. Sigi was Peter's girl friend.
