Was it really shot on the Orient Express?

Yesterday night I was lucky to see the Orient Express very close in my city station.
I found the sleeping cars to be a little pokey. Passengers were having dinner in the buffet car and they seemed to be seated in a tighten hallway.

So I was wondering if the Orient Express could really have been the set of the movie considering all the space the staff and the cinecamera needed to shoot it.

Did Sidney Lumet use a studio set to re-create all the interiors of this beautiful train?

I am more than sure that the train was recreated in studio.

The train interiors were mostly shot at Elstree Studios near London and yes, they were sets.

“I found the sleeping cars to be a little pokey.“

Huh?
The sleeping cars were slower to arrive?

This is why you should never use a word you’re still proud of.

Also think you meant to say “seated in a tight hallway” but it's hard to tell.
