Is that there is zero privacy over at MI6. M to Bond: “Scaramanga, sent you this post with a golden bullet with your number etched in it. 007. His prints were all over the letter he sent, we confirmed it. You can resign or wait to get killed or for things to blow over if they do.”

James to M: “Very good sir. Oh btw you open up my shit again ill shoot you with my Walther. Respectfully of course sir.”

Well I guess they don’t believe that mail is private in MI6, they knew poor James’s business before he did. Well one more thing we’ve learned about MI6 from this film is they’re very nosy bastards & they open your mail it seems.

Also, I doubt the bullet was sent to James Bond's home address, but rather to the M16 offices. Therefore, it's unreasonable to expect privacy.
