I have a photo signed by Carmen Du Sautoy of her as Saida bellydancing in a nightclub with Moore as Bond watching in the audience. Is this a deleted scene or a staged publicity photo?

The bellydancing scene was certain in the film. The photo could have been shot as a promo, though.

Jeez Louise do I feel stupid! Yes it is! I've seen this movie literally dozens of times and that scene just never registered. I always thought after Bond says goodbye to Moneypenny at HQ it cuts to him in the dressing room seducing Saida. The autographed photo I have is either a publicity still taken from this or is a screen grab.
Time to get my glasses changed.
