Britt Ekland in 6 Million Dollar Man

Just wondered whether any posters on this forum have seen Britt Ekland in the Six Million Dollar Man tv movie 'Wine, Women and War'? It was the 2nd pilot for this long running show and would have pre-dated filming for 'Man With The Golden Gun' by about a year. What is remarkable is the similarities to the character of Mary Goodnight - in the tv show Britt portrays a klutzy, bungling agent who also spends a good deal of screentime in an eye-catching bikini and is bedded by the hero. It could almost be a dry run for her portrayal of the luckless Mary Goodnight! I wonder if the Bond producers used this as a template for Britt's characterisation in 'Golden Gun'?
