Worth getting on DVD?

I found this on DVD a few days ago and was shocked that it had been released on dvd in australia, since I've heard of how graphic it is. The only thing I can picture it being like is A Clockwork Orange but more surreal, and I loved ACO. Is it very arthouse?

It really is, imo. I was high when I watched it the first time and it was really something else.

Most things get better when I kick them.

amazed to hear you can get it on dvd... i saw it years ago and loved it. I wonder if I saw it again if I would still like it.
