A little advice for those wishing to watch this movie
Do not read the book first, the movie will probably not measure up. Not bad, though.
shareI think the tone and mood of the film was spot-on. Does it have all the complexities of the book? No but it doesn't botch anything important. Like the Harry Potter films it works best as a scrapbook of sorts for people who enjoyed the book.
